Chattto is a browser extension made by Kappa. By installing or using Chattto, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Chattto.
2. Your License
Chattto is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it. You may not sell it, distribute modified copies of it, or use it to break the law.
3. Your Data and Your Google Account
What Chattto does with your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Google Drive, your use of it is also governed by Google's terms, and you are responsible for your Google account. You can disconnect it at any time.
4. Online Features
AI tab organization and shared sessions run on our servers. Do not use them to send or publish content that is illegal or that you have no right to share. A shared session is public to anyone with its link until it expires after 30 days. We may limit requests, or remove shared pages, that abuse these services.
5. Availability and Changes
Chattto relies on services from third parties, including Google and Cloudflare. Features may change, be interrupted or stop working, and we do not guarantee that any of them will always be available.
6. Disclaimer
Chattto is provided on an 'as is' basis. Kappa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kappa or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Chattto.
